13 November 2014
The year is drawing to an end and I
promised on my last post that I would try to appreciate more of you strong
women. Did you enjoy the year 2014? Or you got to a point where you wished it
would just end am sure many of us were at that stage once or twice, but guess
what? You made it and so did the rest of
us-hold on we are almost there…. 2015 is calling your name I can hear it,
Prosperity is calling you, and things will change sooner or later.
But before it comes I just have to say something;
Glasses up for the women who work
tirelessly from the 1st of January till the 31st Of December, working in their
houses turning them into homes, working in their children’s lives covering up
every laceration and assuring that mommy, or your sister, or aunt or even
grandmother is there for you.
Most of the time ‘we as young ladies forget
our strength we forget the will we have’, today I dare to remind you the
purpose of this blog; to empower women and remind them of their
capabilities…you are the one that sleeps in a pool of tears but wakes up with a
smile, you carry so much hurt but you make sure that people around you don’t
feel the same way.
What kind of a human is a woman? It took me
a long time to realize that I COULD!
WITH
EVERY PUNCH I RECEIVE IN MY BODY, WITH EVERY PIERCING WORD ON MY EAR, AFTER
GIVING IT ALL I STILL MADE IT… WITH EVERY TEAR FLOWING FROM MY ONE EYE I HAD IT
WITH IN ME TO LAUGH OUT LOUD!
With university challenges in terms of
finances I still managed to look ‘like them’, I stayed confident to a point
where they couldn't tell if I was rich or poor…
I am the only one who knows my back ground
and the strength the woman who gave birth to me has, and so I didn't have a choice but to
be strong, I never knew that I COULD!
I AM PROUD TO BE A YOUNG WOMAN- AND I AM
PROUD OF YOU YOUNG WOMAN READING THIS, YOU HAVE MADE A DIFFERENCE IN MANY
PEOPLE’S LIVES, EVEN YOUR SILENCE SPEAKS LOUDER…
